大白鼠经800拉德γ线全身照射后,用氨基酸自动分析仪测定了血浆中25种氨基酸及其衍生物的含量,其中脯氨酸、缬氨酸、精氨酸、亮氨酸、乙醇胺、蛋氨酸、牛磺酸、丙氨酸,羟脯氨酸和谷氨酰胺在照射后第一天升高非常明显(p<0.01);鸟氨酸、组氨酸、酪氨酸和天门冬酰胺升高明显(p<0.05);瓜氨酸在照射后第一天下降非常明显;谷氨酸几乎呈直线下降;磷酸丝氨酸变化不大。支链氯基酸与芳香氨基酸的克分子比值,除照射后第五天为2.5外,其余均为3.0。
After exposure to whole body radiation of 800 Radian γ ray, the contents of 25 kinds of amino acids and their derivatives in plasma were determined by automatic amino acid analyzer, in which proline, valine, arginine, leucine, ethanolamine, Methionine, taurine, alanine, hydroxyproline and glutamine were significantly elevated on the first day after irradiation (p <0.01); ornithine, histidine, tyrosine and asparagine (P <0.05); citrulline decreased significantly on the first day after irradiation; glutamic acid decreased almost linearly; and phosphoserine changed little. The molar ratio of branched-chain and aromatic amino acids was 3.0 except for the fifth day after irradiation.
