我国电力工业正在迅速发展,高参数大容量火力发电厂相继建立,合理利用煤炭资源,燃用高硫分煤已经成为发展的必然趋势。为了提高锅炉热效率,应尽量减少排烟热损失,但是,回收排烟热量过多,会带来一系列问题。例如,锅炉尾部受热面低温腐蚀,就是经常遇到的事情。这种现象主要发生在低温空气预热器的冷端,腐蚀使受热而穿孔损坏,同时还会出现堵灰现象,极大影响锅炉的安全性和经济性。下面仅就锅炉低温腐蚀的机理和防止腐蚀的最新技术措施,做一些比较深入的探讨。
