前不久,我们来到黑龙江海伦市东林乡镇东村,听了村党支部书记何峰等同志的介绍,对该村在市老促会的帮扶下由特困脱贫,向小康村目标迈进的事迹感受颇深。市老促会几个老同志不仅把镇东村帮富了,更给这个山村带来党的好风气,获得“用金钱换不来”的精神成果。他们每年多次到村,但每次去都错开饭时,谈完工作就走人。有两次实在来不及走,留村吃饭;但事前明言,只吃农家饭,决不饮酒。市老促会会长姜言诚原来吸烟,因病戒了烟,来村后,自然不吸烟。所以,市老促会老同志到村工作,村里不备烟、也不备酒成惯
