作者发现Hemate P是唯一含天然vonWillebrand因子(vWF)且其中病毒已被灭活的市售高纯度因子Ⅷ浓制剂.本文报道用Hemate P治疗7例患有严重隐性遗传型vonWillebrand病(vWD)、2例Ⅰa型、1例ⅡB型和1例ⅡC型vWD患者.结果能纠正所有患者的止血功能缺陷.临床上出现了令人满意
The authors found that Hemate P is the only commercially available high purity Factor VIII concentrate that contains native von Willebrand factor (vWF) and in which the virus has been inactivated. Here we report the treatment of seven patients with severe recessive inherited von Willebrand disease (vWD) with Hemate P , Two cases of type Ia, one case of type IIB and one case of type IIC vWD.The results were able to correct the hemostatic defects in all patients and were clinically satisfactory
