目的 调查1998年度河南省改水降氟工程的建设和管理情况。方法 在全省17个市地,以随机原则,按30％比例抽查1998年度新建改水降氟工程。结果 综合评价合格工程81个,占91.0％;不合格工程8处,其中5处水氟超标,3处未完成工程建设。结论①各级政府重视改水降氟工作,配套资金落实到位及时,工程建设按期完成。②水源卫生检测有待加强。③大部分工程规模小、档次低,管理欠规范。④有必要制订工程等级认定及评判办法。
Objective To investigate the construction and management of water and fluoride reduction projects in Henan Province in 1998. Methods 17 cities in the province, random principle, according to 30% of the proportion of spot checks 1998 new water and fluoride reduction project. Results A total of 81 qualified projects were completed, accounting for 91.0% of the total. 8 failed projects, of which 5 exceeded the standard of water and 3 failed to complete the project. Conclusion ① Governments at all levels attach great importance to water and fluoride reduction work. The matching funds are put in place in time and the construction of the project is completed on schedule. ② water hygiene testing needs to be strengthened. ③ most of the small-scale projects, low grade, management is not standardized. ④ It is necessary to formulate project rating and assessment methods.
