本文介绍的单片机测量系统是智能化磁敏转矩转速仪中的实用系统。其测量原理是用单片机内部的定时器对转矩——相位型传感器输出的转矩信号和转速信号进行计时测量,计算出被测转矩和转速。系统除具有测量、打印和显示的功能外,还具有自检、温度补偿和超限报警等智能化功能。本系统不仅能对相位型转矩信号进行测量,也可对其它的相位型非电量信号进行测量。
This article describes the SCM measurement system is intelligent magnetic torque converter in the practical system. The measuring principle is to measure the torque and speed of the torque signal and speed signal output by the torque-phase type sensor with the timer inside the single chip microcomputer. In addition to the system has the measurement, printing and display functions, but also has self-test, temperature compensation and over-limit alarm and other intelligent features. The system can not only measure the phase torque signal, but also measure other phase non-power signals.
