应用免疫组化ＳＡＢＣ法观察ｂｃｌ－２蛋白在２８例Ｂａｒｒｅｔｔ食管（ＢＥ）和６例Ｂａｒｒｅｔｔ腺癌（ＢＡ）中的表达情况。结果显示：恶性组ｂｃｌ－２蛋白表达明显高于癌前病变组和良性组，其表达依次呈递减趋势，各组间比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示ｂｃｌ－２蛋白表达可有助于判断Ｂａｒｒｅｔ食管的良、恶性，亦可用来监测Ｂａｒ－ｒｅｔｔ食管的发展，以发现早期癌变。
Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to observe the expression of bcl-2 protein in 28 cases of Barrett’s esophagus (BE) and 6 cases of Barrett’s adenocarcinoma (BA). The results showed that the expression of bcl-2 protein in the malignant group was significantly higher than that in the precancerous lesion group and benign group. The expression of bcl-2 protein showed a decreasing trend in turn. There was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05). It is suggested that the expression of bcl-2 protein may help to determine the good and malignant Barret’s esophagus. It can also be used to monitor the development of Bar-rett’s esophagus to detect early canceration.
