1.前言 1.1选题依据 目前在高水平的体育竞赛中,要想取得优异成绩必须依靠科学有效的训练手段。而训练手段的实施是以运动个体的机能状态为基础的。在当今的体育界中训练水平相差无几。所以,就得通过营养补剂来恢复和维持个体高水平的生理、生化指标。再根据高水平的指标来合理的施加训练强度以刺激机体使之达到有效的应激反应,取得最佳的训练效果。从生理、生化的角度出发,我们选择通过对血尿素氮(BUN)、血红蛋白(HB)的检测来观察人体对训练应激反应特点及营养补剂对人体的作用。

From the perspective of physiology and biochemistry, we choose to observe the characteristics of the body’s response to training stress and the effect of nutritional supplements on the human body through the detection of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and hemoglobin (HB).
