现代职教是终身学习体系的重要组成部分,换句话说,它就是建立在教育之上的一种教学服务。因此,职校教师在进行教学的过程中,不仅要加强自身教师职业的基本素养,同时还要具备能区别于其他教育类型教师的教学职业特征。就职校教师师德所要求的普遍性和特殊性而言,职教体系的建设,不仅要包括传统教学中包含的优势,同时还要及时反映当前社会对职业院校专业的教学需求与行业特征,紧紧抓住职教的基本理念,塑造符合社会及院校要求的师德师风。本文将以研究现代职教体系的建设与师德塑造之间有什么样的关系为主要内容,希望与广大一线教师进行互动交流。
Modern vocational education is an important part of lifelong learning system, in other words, it is a kind of teaching service based on education. Therefore, during the process of teaching, vocational school teachers should not only strengthen the basic literacy of their own teachers, but also have the teaching occupation characteristics that can be distinguished from those of other types of teachers. In terms of the universality and particularity required of teachers’ morality in vocational schools, the construction of vocational education system not only includes the advantages contained in traditional teaching, but also promptly reflects the current social demand for professional teaching in vocational colleges and industries Characteristics, firmly grasp the basic concept of vocational education, to create in line with social and institutional requirements of the ethics.
