阴茎阴囊转位是男性生殖系统一种罕见的先天性畸形。国内自1956年章仁安等首先报告1例以来,共有10例报告。我院近年来收治4例,报告如下。病例报告 [例1]18岁,因外尿道口位于会阴部,阴茎位于阴囊后方,蹲位排尿,于1980年4月6日入院。父母非近亲结婚,家族中亦未发现畸形者。体检:发育营养一般,智力正常,阴囊呈分裂型下垂,两阴囊内均可触及正常睾丸、附睾及输精管。阴茎位于两对裂阴茎中部,向后弯曲,位置居中,发育尚可 Penile scrotum transposition is a rare congenital malformation of the male reproductive system.
