MicroRNA(miRNA)是小的非编码RNAs,是各种生物进程的关键调节因子,能够负性调节转录后水平的基因表达。最新的研究证据表明,miRNA在人类恶性肿瘤发展过程中起到了非常重要的作用。近年来,miRNA与脑胶质母细胞瘤(glioblastoma multiforme,GBM)的相关性研究已经取得了很大的进展,如细胞的增殖入侵、胶质瘤干细胞的性能和血管生成等。同时miRNA的发现为治疗提供了新的干预措施,为诊断和判断预后提供了新的工具。本文就GBM中相关miRNA的研究进展进行综述。
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small, non-coding RNAs that are key regulators of a variety of biological processes and are capable of negatively regulating post-transcriptional gene expression. The latest research evidence shows that miRNA plays a very important role in the development of human malignant tumors. In recent years, miRNAs and glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) research has made great progress, such as cell invasion and invasion, glioma stem cell performance and angiogenesis. At the same time, the discovery of miRNAs provide new interventions for the treatment and provide new tools for diagnosis and prognosis. This review summarizes the progress of related miRNAs in GBM.
