中国公共卫生管理杂志编辑部于1993年2月7～10日在黑河市召开了常务编委扩大会议。主编戴志澄司长、张羽翔同志和河北、辽宁、黑龙江省的常委出席了会议。还邀请上饶通联站、中国校医杂志社和山东省预防医学会的代表参加了会议。戴志澄司长在会议开幕式及讨论编辑部工作的会议上,先后二次发表了热情洋溢的讲话(本期另有报道),对本刊编辑部的工作,给予了充分肯定和高度评价,使与会代 The editorial department of China Public Health Management magazine held an extended meeting of executive editors in Heihe City from February 7 to 10, 1993. Chief editor Dai Zhicheng, Comrade Zhang Yuxiang, and the standing committee members of Hebei, Liaoning and Heilongjiang Province attended the meeting. They also invited representatives from Shangrao Tonglian Station, China School Medical Journal and Shandong Provincial Preventive Medicine Association to attend the conference.
