目的研究分析氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效及安全性。方法选取我院2014年5月~2015年6月收治的高血压合并冠心病患者72例为研究对象,将患者分配为研究组与对照组,各36例。对照组进行常规药物治疗,研究组进行氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗满意度、疗效总有效率、患者的血压指标及心绞痛情况。结果研究组患者治疗满意度、疗效总有效率以及患者的血压指标及心绞痛情况均明显优于对照组;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经研究发现,临床上应用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病患者,疗效及安全性相对比较高,能有效提高患者的生活质量,值得大力推广应用。
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease. Methods Seventy-two patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research object, and the patients were assigned to study group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. Control group for conventional drug treatment, the study group of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium treatment. Observation and comparison of two groups of patients satisfaction with the treatment, the total effective rate, the patient’s blood pressure and angina pectoris. Results The study group patients satisfaction with treatment, the total effective rate and patients with blood pressure and angina pectoris were significantly better than the control group; the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The study found that the clinical application of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease, the efficacy and safety is relatively high, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth to promote the application.
