在职工物理教学中,学员具有理解、分析能力强,见识广,有一定生产实践经验等特点。一般说来,这是长处,教学工作中可以充分利用,借以取得良好的教学效果。但是辩证地看,上述特点在某些方面对教学工作又是不利的。“见识广”是指职工学员对客观事物有一定的认识和见解。但这些认识多属感性的、表而的,有的见解也难免存在片面性。往往就是这些片面的见解在学员的头脑里形成了固有观念。在教学过程中,教师必须下气力千方百计纠正和克服这些错误观念。再拿职工学
