目的为进一步强化我市医疗卫生机构消毒监测及医院感染控制工作,不断提高医院消毒隔离与医院感染管理水平,切实保障广大人民群众身体健康。方法按照GB15982-1995《中华人民共和国国家标准-医院消毒卫生标准》进行采样和监测。结果总体合格率为87.8%,空气合格率60.4%,医护人员手合格率89.2%,物体表面合格率94.9%,使用中紫外线灯管辐照强度合格率79.0%,使用中消毒剂合格率92.2%,一次性医疗用品合格率100.0%,医疗器械合格率100.0%。结论消毒效果较好的是三级和一级医疗机构,二级及一级以下医疗消毒状况不容乐观。
Objective To further strengthen the city’s medical and health institutions disinfection monitoring and hospital infection control, and constantly improve the hospital disinfection and isolation and hospital infection management, and effectively protect the general public’s health. Methods According to GB15982-1995, “People’s Republic of China National Standard - Sanitation and Hygiene Standards” for sampling and monitoring. Results The overall pass rate was 87.8%, the passing rate of air was 60.4%, the pass rate of medical staff was 89.2% and the pass rate of object surface was 94.9%. The passing rate of UV lamp irradiation was 79.0% and the passing rate of disinfectant was 92.2% , One-time medical supplies pass rate of 100.0%, medical equipment pass rate of 100.0%. Conclusion The disinfection effect is better than the three levels and a medical institutions, two and below the level of medical disinfection is not optimistic.
