由中国设备管理协会、欧盟国家维修联合会、巴西维修协会主办的第四届世界维修大会,将于2008年11月24日至26日在中国举办。《中国设备工程》杂志作为其支持媒体,为了更好地反映欧洲及巴西设备维修领域的现状及最新发展,加强交流,在2008年3月本刊记者对来京参加第四届世界维修大会筹备工作会议的四位外方主办机构负责人,即第四届世界维修大会主席、瑞士维修协会主席贵杜·沃尔特,欧盟国家维修联合会会长汉斯·欧文凯德,巴西维修协会会长久伯特·佛提斯·佛劳利斯·费尔霍和巴西维修协会秘书长亚瑟德·瑞倍如进行了专访。
