要大面积地提高教学质量,一个很重要的方面,就是努力提高学习上暂时处于后进状态学生的学习质量。 美国著名的教育学家,心理学家布鲁姆的新学生观认为,许多学生之所以未能取得最优异的成绩,问题不在于智力方面,而在于未能得到适合于他们各自特点所需要的教学帮助和学习时间。“我们的孩子都能学习。”这一理论给了我们很大启示,增强了我对提高后进生学习成绩的信心。后进生主要差在知识缺漏多,学习方法欠妥,没养成好的学习习惯。针对后进生的这些情况,几年来在提高后进生的数学成绩方面,我的体会是:
