2015年01月28日,国家能源局正式下发《关于报送“十二五”第五批风电项目核准计划项目的通知》第二批,此次涉及河北、内蒙古、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、山西、四川、云南、甘肃、宁夏、新疆等地区。不难看出该批次涉及的省份既包含河北、内蒙古、吉林、黑龙江、甘肃、新疆等千万千瓦级大型风电基地省份,又包含近几年风电发展迅猛的山西、云南等重点
On January 28, 2015, the National Energy Administration formally issued the second batch of notices on submitting the approval of the fifth batch of wind power project approval plans for the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” Heilongjiang, Shanxi, Sichuan, Yunnan, Gansu, Ningxia, Xinjiang and other regions.
