二硫化钼润滑剂作为一种新型的润滑材料,在我国自1964年开始,至今也普遍使用。但是,选矿厂的设备目前还有相当多的数量沿用机油润滑,对二硫化钼润滑剂仍然有着迅速发展和应用的潜力。为此,本文就二硫化钼润滑剂及其在选矿厂的应用作扼要介绍,以期各厂矿、企业获得更广泛的应用,为节能工作做出新贡献。 (一)二硫化钥简介二硫化钥是从天然辉铝矿中经过化学提纯而制成的一种具有高分散性、又绝不相互粘结的胶体。
As a new type of lubricant, molybdenum disulfide lubricant has been widely used in our country since 1964. However, there is still a considerable amount of equipment in the concentrator that is lubricated with oil and still has the potential for rapid development and application of molybdenum disulfide lubricants. To this end, this article on the molybdenum disulfide lubricant and its application in the dressing plant for a brief introduction, with a view to the factories, mines and enterprises to obtain more extensive application of energy-saving work to make new contributions. (A) Introduction of disulfide key The disulfide key is a kind of colloid with high dispersibility, which is not bonded with each other, which is made from the natural polyaluminum after chemical purification.
