空调机组热工性能试验工作繁重,变工况计算繁琐,工作量大,且易出错。本文根据空调机组热平衡原理,提出机组产冷量或湿球温降随进口空气湿球温度、风量、冷凝温度变化特性换算式,大大简化了变工况计算程序,使空调机组热工性能试验由原来标准规定的需测定Q~t_(s1);△t_s—t_(s1);Q—L;△t_s—L;Q—t_k;△t_s—t_k等六条曲线变成只需测定一个点,而精确度又能达到试验允许范围。本文最后也概略提出冷量或湿球温降随机组冷量系数和湿球温度效率系数变化的换算式。
Air conditioning unit thermal performance test is heavy, variable working conditions cumbersome, heavy workload, and prone to error. According to the principle of heat balance of air conditioning unit, this paper puts forward the conversion formula of cooling capacity or wet bulb temperature drop with the change of inlet air wet bulb temperature, air volume and condensing temperature greatly simplifies the calculation procedure of variable working conditions and makes the thermal performance test of air conditioning unit from The original standard requires the determination of Q ~ t_ (s1); Δt_s-t_ (s1); Q-L; Δt_s-L; Q-t_k; Δt_s-t_k and other six curves become only one point to be measured, Accuracy can reach the test allowed range. At the end of this paper, we also briefly put forward the conversion formula of the cooling capacity or wet bulb temperature drop random coefficient and wet bulb temperature efficiency coefficient.
