江苏泰州市总工会办公室报道最近,泰州有关部门出台了《工伤康复管理暂行办法》,确定了“医疗救治与康复并重,先临床治疗、再康复治疗、后评残补偿”的原则,建立了工伤预防、工伤补偿和工伤康复相结合的工伤保险制度,规范和推进全市工伤康复事业的发展,着力保障工伤职工合法权益。从本月开始,泰州职工出现工伤,将先免费康复治疗,后落实补偿。“办法”所指工伤康复对象是指经人社部门认定为工伤(含职业病)。且因工伤导致身体功能障碍,在医疗机构治疗过程中或伤病情相对稳定后,经确认具右康复价值而进行康复治疗的人员。
