本文介绍了新研制的Fe-24Cr-15Co-2Mo-0.5Ti可加工永磁材料的化学成分及全面物理性能。其中柱晶合金达到Br=14800Gs,Hc=680Oe,(BH)_m=7.4×10~6GOe。在CD6-6-F型测振仪器上使用其灵敏度优于Al-Ni-Co_5柱晶合金。等轴晶产品达到Al-Ni-Co_5磁性水平,在84C_2(1mA)广角度电表中应用,电表灵敏度达到Al-Ni-Co_5磁钢的指标,磁钢稳定性达到电表要求。在工作温度为200℃条件下的UQK-32型浮球水位控制器上长时间运行效果良好,工作稳定。本文还对Fe-Cr-Co可加工永磁合金在扬声器上的使用情况进行了分析。对Fe-Cr-Co永磁材料的应用问题进行了探讨。
This article describes the newly developed Fe-24Cr-15Co-2Mo-0.5Ti machinable permanent magnet materials, chemical composition and overall physical properties. Among them, the columnar alloy reaches Br = 14800Gs, Hc = 680Oe, (BH) _m = 7.4 × 10 ~ 6GOe. The sensitivity of CD6-6-F vibrometer is better than that of Al-Ni-Co_5 columnar alloy. The equiaxed products reach the magnetic level of Al-Ni-Co_5 and are used in 84C_2 (1mA) wide angle ammeter. The sensitivity of the ammeter reaches the target of Al-Ni-Co_5 magnet, and the stability of the magnet meets the requirements of the ammeter. Operating temperature of 200 ℃ UQK-32 under the conditions of floating ball water level controller for a long time running well, work stable. The article also analyzes the use of Fe-Cr-Co machinable permanent magnet alloy on loudspeaker. The application of Fe-Cr-Co permanent magnetic materials is discussed.
