企业文化是企业员工经过长期的生产实践培育,共同遵守的目标、价值观、行为规范的总称。从广义上讲,企业文化是指企业生产经营活动中物质文化和精神文化的总和;而从狭义上讲,它主要是指企业的精神文化。如果说作为企业的物质文明容易在短时期内形成,那么,企业的精神文化则需要长期的努力培养才能形成。企业的这种精神也可以说是企业核心价值观的一种体
Corporate culture is a general term for employees after years of nurturing their production practices and their common observance of goals, values and codes of conduct. Broadly speaking, corporate culture refers to the sum of material culture and spiritual culture in the production and management activities of an enterprise. In the narrow sense, it mainly refers to the enterprise’s spiritual culture. If the material civilization as an enterprise easily formed in a short period of time, then the spirit of enterprise culture requires long-term efforts to develop in order to form. This spirit of the enterprise can also be said to be a kind of enterprise’s core values
