EM Chef fritz is a famous Soviet theorist theoretical physicist, the Soviet Academy of Sciences, February 21, 1915, was born in Kharkov; graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Technology in 1933; 1933 to 1938 in Kazakhstan Erkef Institute of Physical Technology; from 1939 onwards, working at the Institute of Physics of the Soviet Academy of Sciences until his death on October 29, 1985.
