目的观察丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠联合拉米夫定对慢性乙型肝炎转化生长因子-β_l及肝功能的影响。方法将十堰市太和医院感染科2014年4月~2015年7月收治的380例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为观察治疗组、丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠组、拉米夫定组、丹参酮+拉米夫定组,检测采用不同治疗方案治疗后四组患者转化生长因子-β_l(TGF-β_l)及血清肝纤维化血清学指标:IV型胶原(c IV)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、透明质酸(HA);肝微粒体细胞色素P_(450)亚型酶(CYP2E1、CYPIA2、CYP3A4、CYP2D6、CYP2C9)活性;肝功能[胆汁酸(TBA)、总胆红素(STB)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)]。结果丹参酮+拉米夫定组TGF-β_l、LN、PC-Ⅲ、c IV、HA、CYP2E1、CYP3A4酶活性、STB、TBA、ALT、GGT、AST均有不同程度降低,总有效率达95.79%,与其它三组比较,P<0.05。结论丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效确切。
Objective To observe the effects of sodium tanshinone Ⅱ_A sulfonate combined with lamivudine on the expression of TGF-β_1 and liver function in chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods 380 patients with chronic hepatitis B who were admitted to Department of Infectious Diseases, Taihe Hospital, Shiyan City from April 2014 to July 2015 were divided into observation group, tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate group, lamivudine group, tanshinone + lamivudine Fufang group, the detection of TGF-β_1 and serum hepatic fibrosis serological indicators of four groups after treatment with different treatment regimens: type IV collagen (c IV), laminin (LN), Ⅲ (PC-Ⅲ) and hyaluronic acid (HA); liver microsomal cytochrome P450 (CYP2E1, CYPIA2, CYP3A4, CYP2D6 and CYP2C9) Total bilirubin, ALT, AST, GGT]. Results The activities of STB, TBA, ALT, GGT and AST in the tanshinone + lamivudine group decreased to some extent with the total effective rate reaching 95.79% , P <0.05 compared with the other three groups. Conclusion Tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate combined with lamivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B is effective.
