介绍一种由伺服系统控制的在线测厚仪,PLC控制器与CDD伺服驱动器直接进行基于开放的LustBUS通讯协议的RS232通讯,内置PLC功能的CDD伺服驱动器可以轻松灵活地实现如寻原点、定位、逻辑运算、定时、计数等功能。有效地节省了成本,提高了性价比。
This paper introduces an on-line thickness gauge controlled by servo system. The PLC controller and CDD servo driver directly communicate with each other based on the open LustBUS protocol. The CDD servo drive with built-in PLC function can be easily and flexibly realized such as finding origin, positioning, Logic operations, timing, counting and other functions. Effectively save costs, improve the price.
