试验结果表明,益胃康胶囊对小鼠应激性溃疡,无水乙醇型溃疡有显著性的保护作用(P<0.05-0.01);对大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡有明显抑制胃酸、胃液量、降低溃疡指数的作用。结果还表明,益胃康能显著增强胃肠推进功能,并对醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应有显著性的对抗作用(P<0.05-0.01)。
The results showed that Yiweikang capsule had significant protective effect on stress ulcers and ethanol-free ulcers in mice (P<0.05-0.01); gastric ulcer and gastric juice were significantly inhibited in rats with pylorus-ligated gastric ulcer. , reduce the role of ulcer index.
