以早熟苹果品种“嘎啦”和晚熟苹果品种“富士”为试材,研究了限根节水对苹果叶片荧光特性和果实产量、品质的影响。结果表明:在整个处理期内限根节水处理均使“嘎啦”和“富士”叶绿素含量高于对照水平;在盛果期灌水后期,限根节水处理叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm、ΦPSII、qP、NPQ和ETR值均不同程度高于对照水平,说明限根节水处理显著提高了苹果叶片光化学活性,提高了水分利用率,使果实产量、品质提高。
The effect of root - saving water on the fluorescence characteristics of apple leaves and the yield and quality of the fruit were studied with the precocious apple variety “Gala” and the late maturing apple variety “Fuji” as test materials. The results showed that the chlorophyll content of “Gala ” and “Fuji ” were all higher than the control level during the whole period of water-saving treatment. The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv / Fo, Fv / Fm, ΦPSII, qP, NPQ and ETR values were higher than the control level, indicating that the root-saving water treatment significantly increased the photochemical activity of apple leaves, increased water use efficiency, the fruit yield and quality improved.
