目的分析武汉市新洲区艾滋病病毒感染者(HIV)/艾滋病患者(AIDS)的流行病学特征和变化趋势,为艾滋病预防提供依据。方法对武汉市新洲区2005—2015年上报的HIV/AIDS个案资料进行双录入核实和统计学分析,HIV/AIDS病例均为确证病例,且现住址均在武汉市新洲区所辖范围。结果截止到2015年底,武汉市新洲区累计报告HIV/AIDS 145例,其中男性122例,女性23例,男女性别比5.3∶1;145例HIV/AIDS中同性传播85例,异性传播58例,共用注射器吸毒传播2例;年龄最小18岁,最大80岁,其中20~49岁共计100例,占比68.97%,50岁以上共计42例,占比28.97%;145例HIV/AIDS中,未婚56例,占比38.62%,已婚有配偶64例,占比44.14%,离异或丧偶25例,占比17.24%;小学及文盲33例(22.76%);初中52例(35.86%);高中或中专34例(23.45%);大专及以上26例(17.93%)。结论武汉市新洲区HIV/AIDS呈低度流行态势,近11年来发病例数呈逐年上升趋势。性传播为AIDS主要传播途径,2011年以后通过MSM传播的比例增加明显。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and trends of HIV / AIDS patients in Xinzhou District of Wuhan City, and provide a basis for AIDS prevention. Methods The data of HIV / AIDS cases reported from 2005 to 2015 in Xinzhou District of Wuhan City were double-verified and statistically analyzed. The cases of HIV / AIDS were all confirmed cases and the existing addresses were all within the jurisdiction of Xinzhou District of Wuhan. Results As of the end of 2015, a total of 145 cases of HIV / AIDS were reported in Xinzhou District of Wuhan City, including 122 males and 23 females, with a sex ratio of 5.3: 1. Of the 145 HIV / AIDS cases, 85 were same sex, 58 were heterosexual , Shared syringes drug abuse transmission in 2 cases; the youngest 18 years old, the maximum age of 80, of which 20 to 49 years old a total of 100 cases, accounting for 68.97%, a total of 42 cases over the age of 50, accounting for 28.97%; 145 HIV / 56 cases were unmarried, accounting for 38.62%; 64 cases were married with spouses, accounting for 44.14%; 25 cases were divorced or widowed, accounting for 17.24%; 33 cases were primary and illiterate (22.76%); 52 cases were junior high school (35.86%); 34 cases were high school or secondary school (23.45%), 26 cases were junior college or above (17.93%). Conclusion HIV / AIDS in Xinzhou District of Wuhan City showed a low prevalence trend, and the number of cases of HIV / AIDS in the past 11 years showed an upward trend year by year. Sexual transmission is the main route of transmission of AIDS, the proportion of MSM transmission after 2011 increased significantly.
