目的 探讨关节腔内注射胶体磷酸铬3 2 P对Ⅱ型胶原诱导大鼠关节炎模型的影响 ,为难治性类风湿关节炎 (RA)的治疗探索一条新路。方法 利用Ⅱ型胶原免疫SD大鼠诱发的关节炎模型 (CIA) ,给予胶体磷酸铬3 2 P踝关节腔内注射 ,观察右踝关节左右径平均宽度、关节体积、关节指数及关节病理的变化。结果 与CIA对照组相比 ,注射后 6周右踝关节左右径平均宽度、关节体积与CIA对照组比较差异有显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。关节指数二者差异无显著性。组织病理学改变示滑膜组织增生及炎症细胞浸润程度相对较轻。结论 提示胶体磷酸铬3 2 P关节腔内注射治疗能减轻CIA关节滑膜的增生 ,对CIA有一定治疗作用 ,可用于难治性RA的局部治疗。
Objective To investigate the effect of intra-articular injection of colloidal chromic phosphate 3 2 P on type Ⅱ collagen-induced arthritis in rats and explore a new approach for the treatment of refractory rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods The rat model of arthritis (CIA) induced by type Ⅱ collagen was immunized with collagen Ⅱ, and intrapleural injection of colloidal chromium phosphate into the ankle of 32 P was performed. The mean width of left and right ankle joint, joint volume, joint index and pathological changes of joint were observed. . Results Compared with the CIA control group, the average width of the left and right anterior right and the joint volume at 6 weeks after injection were significantly different from those in the CIA control group (P> 0.05). Joint index between the two no significant difference. Histopathology showed synovial tissue hyperplasia and inflammatory cell infiltration was relatively mild. Conclusions: Colloidal chromium phosphate intra-articular injection can reduce the proliferation of CIA synovial membrane and has a certain therapeutic effect on CIA. It can be used for local treatment of refractory RA.
