强化实践教学环节,培养高素质应用型人才,努力提高在校大学生综合素质,是大学教育的永恒主题。本校重视实践教学环节,在加大实践教学硬件建设力度的同时,认真组织教师进行实训技能培训,提高教学业务水平,同时以各种方式对学生开展提高实践能力的教学活动。运用 CAI、CAD、CAM、CAE 等先进技术对学生进行实践能力强化训练;推行一年三学期制的“工学交替”教学模式,强化产学合作教育,要求学生在工作学期内顶岗工作,熟悉工艺流程;以职业技能考核鉴定为手段,培养满足应用型人才要求的大学生。
