当人类迈入21世纪信息时代之际,知识经济的兴起引发我们对信息技术教育的强烈反思。电子计算机自1984年后走进我国中小学课堂以来,中学计算机教育已走过了17年曲折的历程。随着2000年10月全国中小学信息技术教育工作会议精神的贯彻,以计算机知识及应用为主要内容的《信息技术课程》列入了中小学必修课程。这是中小学计算机教育的积累与发展的必然趋势,也对中小学计算机教育提出了更高更新更强的要求。为了21世纪创新人才的培养,在我国普及信息技术知识迫在眉睫的情况下,启蒙信息技术教育的艰巨任务必然落在中小学基础教育中。以培养学生信息素质为核心、以培训学生创新能力和实践操作能力为主要内容的中学信息技术课程的开设,必须总结过去,立足现在,展望未来。探讨和研究新兴信息技术学科的教学,必
As humankind enters the information age of the 21st century, the rise of knowledge-based economy has aroused strong reflection on IT education. Since 1984, computer has entered the classroom of primary and secondary schools in our country, secondary school computer education has gone through 17 years of tortuous course. With the implementation of the spirit of the National Conference on Information Technology Education in Primary and Secondary Schools held in October 2000, the “Information Technology Courses” with computer knowledge and applications as the main contents are included in the compulsory courses of primary and secondary schools. This is an inevitable trend of the accumulation and development of computer education in primary and secondary schools.
