由口腔局麻引起疟疾发作,系属罕见,笔者曾遇1例,报告如下: 患者王××,男,31岁,军人。因右上后牙痛约半年,要求拔牙。该牙半年来常痛,近1周加重,饮食困难,于1986年4月2日,未进食来科拔牙。检查:一般情况好,发育营养良好,面颌部无明显红肿。口内检查:8颊向错位,颊侧冠部龋失,牙髓暴露有活力,不松动,但有叩痛,无对(牙合)牙。建议拔除。治疗经过:在常规消毒下,用2%盐酸普鲁卡因肾上腺素液2ml,作上颌结节及腭大神经传导麻醉。

After treatment: In conventional disinfection, with 2% procaine hydrochloride adrenaline solution 2ml, maxillary nodules and the greater palate nerve conduction anesthesia.
