为贯彻《中共中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展的决定》和党的十五届三中全会精神，落实《1991～2000年全国乡村医生教育规划》，制定全国乡村医生教育发展战略，推动农村卫生工作，我们于1998年11月8日至14日对贵州、四川两省的乡村医生教育现状、存在问题、培训需求及培训方向
In order to implement the “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Health Reform and Development” and the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, we implemented the “National Rural Doctors Education Plan for 1991-2000” to formulate a national rural doctor education development strategy and promote rural health. Work, we have the current status, problems, training needs and training of rural doctors in Guizhou and Sichuan provinces from November 8 to 14, 1998.
