为了支持山区经济的全面开发,进一步改善山区人民的生活,必须随着综合垦殖场的发展,在山区大力发展卫生医疗工作和文化教育工作,为此,特作如下决定:一、随着山区综合垦殖场的发展,全省卫生部门,应在垦殖场所在地,建立相当于区卫生所一级的卫生医疗机构,以担负垦殖场职工和附近山区人民的卫生医疗工作;如果当地已有卫生所或其它医疗机构者,应予加强,使之相当于区卫生所一级的医疗机
