一、背景随着社会生活的需要和英语教学的发展,小学英语教学越来越受到人们的关注。2001年2月,教育部正式发文,决定从2001年秋季开始在全国范围内逐步开设小学英语课程,这标志着我国小学英语教育进入了一个新的时期。同年7月,教育部颁布了《义务教育小学英语新课程标准》,为小学英语课程的顺利推行提供了理论依据和指导。2011年,教育部又颁布实施《基础教育小学英语新课程标准》(2011版),对原有标准进行了修改和完善。
First, the background With the needs of social life and the development of English teaching, primary English teaching more and more people’s attention. In February 2001, the Ministry of Education formally issued a document and decided to gradually establish primary English courses throughout the country starting from the autumn of 2001, marking a new period in our elementary English education in our country. In July of the same year, the Ministry of Education promulgated the “New Curriculum Standard for Elementary Education in Compulsory Education”, which provided the theoretical basis and guidance for the smooth implementation of the primary school English curriculum. In 2011, the Ministry of Education promulgated the “New Curriculum Standard for Elementary Education Elementary English” (version 2011), and revised and improved the original standards.
