目的:分析健胃愈疡片和埃索美拉唑联合治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:随机选取本院2013年12月-2014年2月收治80例确诊的患者分成对照组和观察组各40例。对照组患者给予单纯性埃索美拉唑治疗,观察组患者给予埃索美拉唑+健胃愈疡片联合治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:对照组患者的临床治疗效果与观察组患者的临床治疗效果对比,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:埃索美拉唑联合健胃愈疡片对反流性食管炎的临床治疗效果明显。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of Jianweiyuyang tablets combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods: 80 patients diagnosed in our hospital from December 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 40 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with esomeprazole alone. The patients in the observation group were treated with esomeprazole + Jianwei Yuyang Tablet, and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results: The clinical effects of the control group were compared with those of the observation group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of esomeprazole and Jianweiyuyang tablets has significant effect on the treatment of reflux esophagitis.
