为加速实现水稻栽植机械化,我所广大工人和技术人员,破除迷信,解放思想,不断实践,反复试验,于1970年底基本研究试制成功了南湖120型水稻机动拔秧机。经生产试验,受到贫下中农的欢迎。一、拔秧原理和拔秧过程南湖120型机动拔秧机基本上仿效人工手拔原理,采取小钳少拔,密钳多排,前倾起秧,回转拔秧的形式。这样既保持了人工拔秧的优点,又发挥了机动拔秧的特点。采取这种拔秧原理,具有伤秧少、根系分离、带泥少和结构简单、不需要洗秧机构等特点。
