一一般介紹 滚鍛的原理基本上和軋鋼机一样,不过軋鋼机是連續工作的,而滚鍛除滾鍛周期性毛坯以外是間断工作的,即在鍛滚上安裝扇形滚鍛模,滾鍛时毛坯从滾锻机的一面放入和取出。 圖1为滚鍛工作系統圖,兩个鍛滚上各安裝着扇形滚鍛模。当鍛滾的未裝鍛模部分相对时,放入已加热的毛坯,鍛滾繼續旋轉,当滚鍛模开始相对时即开始进行滾鍛(如圖1所示)。借助于滾锻模上各种不同的模型把零件鍛成所要求的形狀。很明显,用扇形滾鍛模滾鍛时,零件的長度不能超过其圓周長度的一半,否則零件無法取出。在进行周期性毛坯的滾鍛时,滾鍛模是整圓周的(圖2),如一般的軋鋼机一样,毛坯由滾鍛机的一边放入,另一边取出,因此毛坯的長度不受限制。 滾鍛过程按滾程来分可分單程滾鍛和多程滾鍛;以其作用来分可分为模鍛前毛坯的演鍛和“模鍛”滾鍛。
