本文报道熟前凝聚染色体制备方法学的研究。对30余例慢性粒细胞白血病患者的骨髓和外周血白细胞的多次实验摸索,建立了本室的常规制备方法,并对其主要影响因素作了初步探讨。
In this paper, we report the methodology of pre-ripening chromosome preparation. Many experiments of bone marrow and peripheral leukocytes in more than 30 cases of patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia have been made, and the routine preparation methods have been established and the main influencing factors have been discussed.
