In September 1985, more than 20 sailboats sailing on the coast of Brittany in the west of France swam for a ride. Cries shouting from the sailboat, we all want to get out of the steering buoy, toward the wave of the Atlantic Ocean. This is a truly sea regatta. The race is to be held at sea for a week and the final place is determined by knocking out points from the four major fixtures. However, this is not a normal voyage, as those wearing hooded water-resistant garments are handicapped by captains and boat members, the fifth-year Paralympic Sailing Championship that has been held for the fifth year in a row. Participants were paraplegic patients and binocular blindness, but also lack of arms and legs and a variety of other physiologically defective or deformed people.
