现代科学研究证明,肿瘤的发生与物理、化学、生物、遗传、免疫等因素有关。多种死亡受体介导的肿瘤细胞的凋亡在肿瘤的发生和发展过程中有重要的作用。近年来,死亡受体基因Fas介导Caspase细胞凋亡途径在肿瘤的形成和发展过程中的作用逐渐被人们所重视。死亡受体基因Fas在肿瘤的免疫逃避中有重要的作用,使其成为恶性肿瘤免疫与生物学治疗研究的热点。
