企业是由企业领导者和员工组成的共同体,是共同工作,创造、,实现自我价值的平台。企业文化因企业的成立而诞生,随企业的发展而成熟。 如果我们将企业比作人,那么企业文化就是企业的个性。一个人的个性是由一套相对持久和稳定的特征组成的,企业文化也一样。企业文化是企业组织成员共有的价值体系,我们常常听人说“这是我们公司的风格”,“这是我们行事的方式”,显然,企业文化通过某种途径来支配企业成员的行为。 作为企业的带头人,企业领导者本人是影响企业文化创建的一个非常重要的方面。可以这样说,企业的个性在某种意义上反映了企业领导者的性格特征、文化底蕴以及创业理想。 随着企业的发展,企业文化和企业领导人的关系将经历三个阶段。
Enterprise is a community of business leaders and employees, is a platform to work together to create and realize self-worth. Corporate culture was born because of the establishment of enterprises, with the development of enterprises mature. With the development of enterprises, the relationship between corporate culture and business leaders will go through three stages.
