饲养方式对中卫山羊羯羊产肉性能与肌肉理化特性的影响

分别在放牧和舍饲条件下,对中卫山羊18月龄羯羊产肉性能与肌肉理化特性进行了研究.结果:舍饲条件下中卫山羊18月龄羯羔羊的增重、平均日增重和产肉性能比放牧条件下有一定程度提高,屠宰率、净肉率、胴体净肉率、骨率和骨肉比显著高于放牧组(P<0.05).骨骼重、GR值和眼肌面积两组间无显著差异(P>0.05).肌肉pH值、肉色、大理石花纹、系水力、熟肉率、肌纤维直径和肌纤维面积放牧组与舍饲组间无显著差异(P>0.05);肌纤维密度舍饲组较高,组间差异显著(P<0.05).
