在当前出版行业转制的大背景下,如何设计更符合市场经济规则的薪酬体系是一个值得深入探讨的话题。本文拟从宽幅工资理论出发来尝试解决该问题。首先简要阐述了宽幅工资的理论及其实践应用,然后针对案例对象企业——S出版企业的现实状态,构建了该企业的宽幅工资体系,最后指出了成功实施该工资体系需要进一步考虑的问题。
In the current background of the publishing industry restructuring, how to design a salary system that is more in line with the rules of the market economy is a topic worth exploring in depth. This article intends to start from the broad wage theory to try to solve the problem. First of all, it briefly states the theory of wide wage and its practical application. Then, according to the actual state of the publishing company, which is a case object enterprise, it constructs a broad salary system of the enterprise. Finally, it points out that the successful implementation of the wage system needs further consideration problem.
