在现场调查、资料分析及室内试验的基础之上,总结归纳“灰包石”的岩矿特征、化学成分、赋存地质环境条件以及膨胀与溶蚀特性。根据含石膏质岩既有隧道结构的病害现象,分析其危害原因、形成机理,并针对“灰包石”的膨胀特性与侵蚀特性,提出抑制膨胀特性的设计与施工措施,设计抗硫酸盐腐蚀的高性能混凝土配比。采用高抗硫酸盐硅酸盐水泥内掺30%粉煤灰、水胶比0.37配制的混凝土试验结果表明,其强度与耐久性均达到要求。
Based on the field survey, data analysis and laboratory tests, the rock and mine characteristics, chemical composition, geological and environmental conditions, as well as the swelling and erosion characteristics of “gray rock” are summarized. According to the disease phenomenon of the existing tunnel structure containing gypsum rock, the causes of damage and formation mechanism were analyzed. According to the expansion and erosion characteristics of “gray pack stone”, the design and construction measures of inhibiting the expansion characteristic were put forward. Salt corrosion of high-performance concrete ratio. The test results of the concrete prepared with 30% fly ash and high water-resistant cement ratio of 0.37 in the high anti-sulfate Portland cement show that the strength and durability meet the requirements.
