以前曾经有人指出,将拆下来的自焙阳极,经浮选处理的碳渣和阳极糊车间煅烧工段烟气净化系统中排出的未煅透焦粉用于阳极糊生产,原则上是可能的,并研制出了一些技术方案,其中有些已部分地付诸实践。目前废弃掉的沥青渣占所处理沥青量的1%。在用现行的方法处理拆除的自焙阳极过程中,一般在对其进行破碎和煅烧之前,都不将其中的沥青分离出来,而是在煅烧炉中烧掉。
