省十届人大常委会第十九次会议听取并审议了省政府关于2004年度省级预算执行和其他财政收支的审计报告。会议认为,审计工作为规范经济秩序,维护法律尊严,推进依法行政,促进经济社会健康发展发挥了积极作用。审计报告较好地反映了我省财政管理体制改革的成果,实事求是地反映了一些地方和部门存在的问题,内容比往年更加详细和具体,这也说明了审计监督工作的进一步加强和到位。
At the 19th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People’s Congress, the provincial government heard and audited the audit report on the implementation of the 2004 provincial budget and other financial revenues and expenditures. The meeting held that the audit work played an active role in regulating the economic order, maintaining the dignity of the law, promoting administration according to law, and promoting the healthy development of economy and society. The audit report has better reflected the achievements of the reform of the financial management system in our province, and has reflected the problems existing in some places and departments in realistically and in a more detailed and specific manner than in previous years. This shows that the audit and supervision work has been further strengthened and put in place.
