目的 回顾国内外关于失重 /模拟失重条件下体液相关激素变化的研究成果 ,提出今后本领域研究的建议。 资料来源与选择 国内外该领域的研究论文及综述、论著。 资料引用 引用国内外学术刊物上发表的论文及综述 19篇 ,论著 1本。 资料综合 回顾了近十年来国内外关于失重 /模拟失重下儿茶酚胺类激素、心房利钠尿肽、肾素 -血管紧张素 -醛固酮系统、抗利尿激素、促肾上腺皮质激素和皮质醇的研究进展 ,并简要探讨了各激素变化的意义及影响因素。指出了存在问题并提出今后在此方面开展研究的建议。 结论 航天活动中体液相关激素的变化是引起立位耐力不良的重要原因之一。
Objective To review the research results of fluid-related hormone changes at home and abroad under the conditions of weightlessness / simulated weightlessness, and put forward suggestions for future research in this field. Sources and selection of research papers and reviews in this field at home and abroad, treatises. References Citing papers published in domestic and foreign academic journals and reviews 19 articles, a book. This review summarizes the research progress of catecholamines, atrial natriuretic peptide, renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, antidiuretic hormone, adrenocorticotropic hormone and cortisol in recent ten years both at home and abroad. And briefly discussed the significance of the changes of hormones and influencing factors. Pointed out the existing problems and put forward suggestions for carrying out research in this field in the future. Conclusion The change of body fluid-related hormones in aerospace activities is one of the important causes of poor standing endurance.
