The public hall is an important facility for post-war Japanese social education. It is not only the main place for Japanese residents to participate in community activities, but also an important class for Japanese citizens to conduct their own study and study freely in order to enhance their own cultural and spiritual education. The formation, development and enrichment of post-war Japanese social education ideas are all related to the development and deepening of public pavilions and a series of activities concerning the practice and reform. Especially in the 21st century, when Japanese society is in the process of creating a “learning society” for future dreams, the existence and development of the public hall undoubtedly laid a solid foundation for Japan to realize this vision at an early date.
